Holiday Accommodation in Minehead
Rose Ash is one of a pair of 16th century cottages nestling at the foot of historic Church Steps.
Refurbished in August 2011 to include, new kitchen, and bathroom, also new beds and mattresses.
The kitchen (refurbished Aug 2011) has a breakfast bar and stools, stainless steel sink unit, electric cooker, fridge, night storage heater and storage cupboard.
Adjoining the kitchen is the bathroom, (refurbished Aug 2011) containing bath with electric shower over, hand-basin, shaver point, mirror and wall heater. There is a separate W.C. with airing cupboard.
The charming sitting room is attractively furnished with fireside chairs, 'freeview' TV, electric fire, dining table and chairs.
Winding stairs lead up to a pretty airy bedroom with pleasing views. It is furnished with twin pine beds, (brand new Aug 2011), chest of drawers, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and convector heater.
The Cottage is equipped for two guests. Bed linen is included in the price of the holiday, just let us know how many people are in your party.
Also provided is an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
At mineheadcottages.com we aim to offer self catering holidays at affordable prices, that's why the electricity is metered and calculated at the end of your stay. That way, you only pay for the units you use.
We ask that you arrive at 3.00 pm and depart by 10.00 am.
The enclosed and secluded rear garden enjoys fine views of nearby hills and there is a paved area with table and chairs on which to enjoy meals in an idyllic setting.
Car parking is adjoining the cottage garden, down a short gravel drive away from the road.
Please note: Due to the quaint nature of this very old cottage, it may not be suitable for everyone, due to low doorways and steep winding stairway.
Dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
